Released in July 2018, Impossible Future is my fourth album as singer and songwriter. This time round I worked with a band I hadn't played with before, hatching new ideas in the very short studio sessions that made up the basis for the record. The album was recorded and mixed at The Base in South Melbourne by a wonderful engineer, Phil Threlfall. I recorded a bunch of other bits and pieces, including the vocals, guitars and strings, at home and in a holiday house, by myself.

Performers on the record include Mark Leahy on drums, Nate Gilkes on keys and Xani Kolac. The album was launched on 1 August 2018 at Melbourne venue 'The Toff in Town', and it was a bloody great one.
